Shree Balaji Coal Udyog deals in bulk supply of coal, iron ore, and sponge iron.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed only in cases of:

• Payment made in excess

• Non-availability of material after payment

• Mutual agreement between both parties

3. Quality Concerns

Any quality concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims after acceptance of goods may not be considered.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
